Join me as I dive into the history and of course, the nutrition of the mighty apple. Find out why I love this fruit so much, I wrote a book about it! I will make my Granny Jean’s amazing apple crisp (a recipe featured in my book,) and talk about Bob, The Apple and all things apple-y. Details and registration below - this is a free event and all ages are welcome!

I will have signed copies of Bob, the Apple for sale all day!

11am-5pm

My presentation will be 45 minutes within this time period, but a few of my fellow authors are joining too and each session will begin on the hour.

Drop by and stay as long as you like to connect with other like-minded community during this free, educational event. 

We have several free classes for you to join and the schedule is posted below.
You are invited for a full day of engaging and informative sessions on a variety of topics and you are welcome to drop in for just 1 or 2 or to stay for them all.
All the classes will take place in our Teaching Kitchen and if you can't make it in person you can also join online via Zoom. No ticket is required and seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

We'll have some samples throughout the select classes, and some of our suppliers in the shop with samples as well as Light Cellar snacks and treats will be sampled throughout the day.

Feel free to bring your family or friends.
